Today Rob guides mid size companies and multinationals particularly into “actionable strategy, implementing & embedding strategies and helping sales teams across Europe & South East Asia in their journey towards customer centricity”. His approach is helping organizations in a practical and hands-on way. By using a mix of strategy, empathy and practical tools. An example is the 5E modular model that helps guide organizations towards real customer centricity. No buzz words but real action.  He will assure that results will be delivered. 

Besides this, Rob helps to scale sustainable innovations by connecting start-ups across the world with corporations. He is a board member in various charities and acts as a non-executive director.
